Living with Assistance Program
Select from one of the packages below to best meet your needs
Package One
- Am / Pm Care (dressing, grooming etc.)
- Two Baths per week
- Light Housekeeping
- Escort to Meals and Social Events
- Nurse Observations and Assessments
- Medication set-up and reminders
- Room check (once in the PM)
- Assistance with Toileting
- Blood Pressure checks as ordered by physician
- Oxygen assistance
- Injections are not included
Package Two
- Am /Pm Care (dressing, grooming etc.)
- One Bath per week
- Light Housekeeping
- Escort to Meals and Social Events
Package Three
- Medication set-up and reminders
- Injections are not included
Package Four
- Ala Carte, Private Duty or Hospice
- Available to residents who need special assistance
Additional Information
Nurse weekday hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Nurse weekend hours: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4pm to 8 pm
Home Health Aide Hours are: 24 hours per day
Home Health Staff is available to all residents in case of an emergency.
